BUY GIFT CARD
The gift card is a virtual card sent by email, which can only be used exclusively on the official website of the Sahoco brand.
Useful information about the Gift Card:
- It is the responsibility of the cardholder. Sahoco will not replace the card in case of theft, loss, misplacement, or deterioration.
- It has a validity period of 1 year. You can view this information at the time of choosing your card.
- The return period is the same as for any other item, as long as the card has not been used. The return must be made through the sahoco.com website. The refund will be made using the original payment method used for the purchase.
PAYING WITH A GIFT CARD
Before using your card, it is important to know the following:
- The e-card comes already activated.
- If you want to use your e-card as a gift, you can print it or send it through your mobile device.
- If your purchase exceeds the balance of your Gift Card, you can combine it with any other available payment method in your country/region.
RETURNS WITH A GIFT CARD
- For returns of online purchases, you will receive a virtual copy of that card with the updated balance, along with the return confirmation email.
- If you used more than one payment method at the time of purchase and make a partial return of your order, the refund will be prioritized through the alternative payment method to the Gift Card.
